IOM Ethiopia is hiring a Return and Reintegration Officer based in Jimma to support the implementation of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration activities. The role involves assessing returnees, developing integrated reintegration plans, coordinating with sending missions and government and NGO partners, conducting field missions and beneficiary monitoring, maintaining case records in MiMOSA, supporting implementation and capacity development, and preparing reports and project proposals. The position requires a school diploma with five years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with three years of experience, along with experience working with vulnerable groups, return and reintegration, and migration or protection programming.
