Earthjustice is hiring a Project Attorney for its Oceans Program to conduct litigation and advocacy work focused on protecting marine wildlife, ocean ecosystems, and climate resilience in the United States. The role involves legal research, drafting, case development, administrative advocacy, complex litigation, client and expert coordination, and collaboration with attorneys, scientists, and partner organizations. It is a hybrid position based in Seattle or San Francisco, requires regular in-person attendance, and is intended for a 2.5-year term beginning January 2027.
