BRP is hiring a Development Buyer to support the development of new products and the supply chain at an operations level. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, and strategic suppliers on component development, manages prototype-to-production schedules and parts availability, negotiates supplier agreements, and oversees parts portfolio budgets. The position requires procurement, administration, engineering, or related experience; bilingual French and English proficiency; project, analytical, negotiation, communication, and team skills; and interest in manufacturing and lean processes. It is a permanent, full-time, day-shift role with 37.5 hours per week, a salary of 69,300 to 112,600 CAD per year, and a start date as soon as possible.
