Langan is hiring a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager in Tyler, Texas to lead the planning, design, permitting, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, and completion of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. The role also includes developing new clients, managing multiple projects, preparing technical reports and proposals, and providing hydrologic and hydraulic design expertise. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a valid Professional Engineer license, and at least six years of related site or civil land development experience.
