Description
The Project Client Solutions Manager is a client-facing role responsible for managing multiple moderate-complexity projects from initiation through completion. The position coordinates project teams, defines scope and objectives, allocates resources, develops schedules and documentation, negotiates project priorities, ensures timely delivery, and translates business needs into technology solutions. It also supports business case development, requirements and solution definition, root cause analysis, use-case definition, solution assessment, process improvements, and the development of additional services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of project management experience, and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
