Description
The Construction Director leads the construction execution phase of STACK’s data center development projects, coordinating general contractors, designers, consultants, vendors, and utilities. The role oversees shop drawing and BIM coordination, master schedules, quality and safety management, installation of mission-critical infrastructure, owner-supplied equipment integration, commissioning, and construction completion. It requires 10+ years of construction management experience, expertise in architectural, electrical, or mechanical systems, large-scale project scheduling experience, and professional Japanese proficiency; English is an advantage. The position is based in Tokyo with 15–20% travel.
