Worley is hiring a Project Construction Director – Power Projects to serve as the senior on-site construction leader for a major capital power generation project. The role provides strategic leadership and governance across multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, customers, regulators, and other stakeholders; oversees execution of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning activities; manages safety, schedule, cost, quality, commercial, risk, workforce, and stakeholder issues; and supports project recovery and operational readiness. The position requires extensive power-generation construction leadership experience, typically 20 years, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, holiday pay, and 401K benefits.
