MP Materials is hiring a Project Control – Cost Lead for its new Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas. The role will develop and maintain cost-control systems for greenfield advanced manufacturing facilities, manage capital project financial planning and forecasting, track project performance and earned value, maintain accounting accruals and PP&E compliance, administer cost-management databases, coordinate project setup and master data, and create dashboards. The position requires expertise in medium-to-large capex cost management, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field, ERP or financial-systems implementation experience, and 3–5 years of progressive work-related and industrial project experience.
