Description
The Project Controls Manager will establish and manage the project's integrated planning, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, and earned value management systems. The role leads the Project Controls function, maintains master programmes and WBS/CBS/OBS structures, monitors schedule and cost performance, prepares forecasts and performance reports, assesses changes and risks, coordinates with commercial, risk, planning, design and project management teams, and mentors the Project Controls team. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of project controls experience, significant major or complex project experience, and mandatory stadium or comparable sports-venue development experience.
