Description
JASARA PMC is hiring a Project Control Manager to lead project controls across its diverse portfolio of engineering and construction projects. The role is responsible for developing control frameworks, establishing baselines, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and performance, assessing and mitigating risks, preparing stakeholder reports, improving project processes, mentoring junior staff, and presenting recommendations to senior management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field, at least 15 years of project controls or project management experience in the engineering and construction industry, proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrated leadership experience.
