Worley is hiring a Project Control Specialist I in Bogotá, Colombia for a full-time individual contributor role within Project Controls. The position combines cost analysis and project scheduling responsibilities, including preparing and maintaining engineering and construction schedules, producing project cost reports and forecasts, supporting billing and change management, and generating project management indicators. The role requires a professional engineering background, bilingual Spanish-English capability, advanced Excel, ERP familiarity, and experience with project management, scheduling, or cost control tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and preferably Ecosys.
