Description
The Project Controls role monitors and controls project performance through cost management, forecasting, labor productivity analysis, earned value, schedule awareness, change management, and performance reporting. The position supports industrial insulation or mechanical insulation projects by analyzing production, installed quantities, labor performance, remaining scope, and forecasted completion, while coordinating with project management, operations, field supervision, finance, scheduling, and other project controls teams. It requires construction-management experience, strong cost-control and forecasting knowledge, Microsoft Excel proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in active construction environments, including periodic site visits.
