BAE Systems is hiring a Project Controller in Broad Oak, Portsmouth, on a hybrid basis requiring three days on site and two working days from home, with possible travel to other BAE Southern sites. The role supports the Royal Navy’s Hybrid Navy vision by establishing and managing project control processes across complex defence programmes, including scheduling, resourcing, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder planning, and use of tools such as Primavera, P6, MSP, ARM, and SAFRAN. The position offers up to £44,000 depending on skills and experience and requires professional project control experience, project management competencies, stakeholder relationship-building, and project control toolset experience.
