The role coordinates stakeholders, develops district and usage concepts, monitors schedules, costs, quality, and construction progress, improves project processes, identifies cost-saving measures, supports investment planning, and manages defects and warranty systems. Applicants need a relevant degree, experience with larger residential and district projects, strong project-control and construction-law knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Germany.
