The client is hiring a Project Controller to control real estate projects from planning through completion. The role manages project budgets, forecasts, variances, cost-benefit analyses, profitability calculations, risks, and project reports; coordinates with architects, engineers, and construction companies; and supports timely delivery and business objectives. Candidates need a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification, relevant project-controlling experience, strong Excel and project-management-tool skills, analytical and communication abilities, and preferably very good English.
