Description
The Project Controller will oversee the financial performance of Dashiell’s construction and EPC projects, including budget development, forecasting, cost tracking, variance and earned-value analysis, financial reporting, change-order evaluation, risk mitigation, accounting reconciliations, and audit support. The role is based in the Houston, Texas office and reports to the Senior Director, ERP Process and Controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of project controls, construction finance, project accounting, or cost-control experience, and proficiency with financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
