Description
Deerns is hiring a Project Controller to serve as an independent financial partner to Project Managers and Unit Directors, overseeing project financial performance from tender through execution. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, risk and contract analysis, reporting, compliance, financial closing, audits, stakeholder advising, and process improvement. It is based in Barcelona or Madrid with hybrid working options and requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of project control or similar financial experience, strong financial and Excel skills, ERP and tax knowledge, Spanish accounting familiarity, and fluency in Spanish and English.
