Description
Spire is hiring a Project Controller to join its delivery team in Glasgow and support complex satellite, government, and defence programmes. The role focuses on programme scheduling, baseline management, critical-path analysis, resource loading, cost performance tracking, reporting, change control, risk and opportunity management, and the design of controls frameworks and reporting tools. Candidates should have project controls, planning, or scheduling experience, proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project, and the ability to build processes and tooling from scratch. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
