Description
The Solutions30 Group is hiring a Project Controller to support the cost and budget control of construction projects. The role monitors budgets, contract values, change orders, invoices, and commitments; analyzes cost deviations; controls construction, work, supplier, and subcontractor agreements; reviews progress payments and reconciles invoices with contracts and quotations; prepares cost reports and KPIs; collaborates with project and site management; and contributes to month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and budget planning. The role also involves improving controlling, reporting, and invoicing/settlement processes.
