E-INFRA is hiring a Civil Construction Project Controller for Electrogrup in Constanța. The role validates and prepares work statements and cost estimates, monitors project progress and budgets, coordinates subcontractors and project beneficiaries, maintains technical and financial documentation, and ensures compliance with delivery deadlines. Candidates need higher education in a technical civil construction field, at least three years of construction project experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, advanced English, and availability to travel and work on site.
