The role validates subcontractor progress reports and bills of quantities, prepares settlement and technical/financial documentation, monitors budgets, project progress, deadlines, and document traceability, and coordinates with subcontractors and beneficiaries on technical and financial matters. Candidates need higher education in civil construction or a related technical field, at least three years of construction-project experience, advanced Microsoft Excel, advanced English, strong planning and organization skills, and willingness to travel and work on construction sites.
