Description
Haseitl Bau is hiring an experienced Project Controller / Commercial Project Manager (Construction) to oversee commercial control of construction projects from cost estimation through final billing. The role includes preparing forecasts, monitoring costs, schedules, margins, liquidity, subcontractor performance, change orders, and invoicing; coordinating with site management and other departments; supporting contract negotiations; and developing project-control systems. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of construction project-controlling or commercial project-management experience, on-site experience, and knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation. The position offers a long-term perspective, flexible hours, a 38-hour workweek, annual leave, pension, training, and bonus programs.
