XERVON Maintenance is hiring a Project Controller – Commercial Support for project construction sites in Germany and abroad. The role manages order processing from tender through final order costing, prepares cost estimates and budget-versus-actual comparisons, records employee working hours, handles customer claims, invoices services, settles subcontracted services, and supports construction-site management for up to eight weeks. The position is based in Münchsmünster, with assignments at project sites in Germany and neighboring European countries, and allows office or remote/mobile work between assignments. Candidates should have a commercial background, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, strong German communication skills, and flexibility to travel.
