ALTEN is hiring an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical engineering programmes. The role covers project planning and scheduling, cost and budget tracking, financial forecasting, progress reporting, Earned Value Management, risk and issue management, change control, and governance across engineering, commercial, and delivery teams. Candidates need a background in PMO, project controls, planning, or cost engineering; experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools; knowledge of Earned Value Management; and experience in regulated environments. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent military experience is required, while large-scale infrastructure experience, analytical reporting, and stakeholder management are desirable.
