The role independently manages and leads infrastructure projects, coordinates clients and internal and external stakeholders, advises on organizational, strategic, and technical matters, and manages schedules, costs, quality, contracts, change orders, and project controlling. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering or business administration/industrial engineering focused on construction, at least five years of project management or project control experience, and knowledge of AHO, HOAI, and VgV.
