The role directs and coordinates complex building-construction and infrastructure projects across all phases, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met. Responsibilities include preparing cost-and-schedule comparisons, developing countermeasures, organizing meetings, coordinating project stakeholders, and collaborating with clients, planners, and contractors. The position requires a relevant degree, project-controlling or project-management experience, knowledge of AHO service profiles and HOAI, strong communication and organizational skills, German language proficiency, and MS Office proficiency.
