Description
The Project Controls Advisor leads and develops the regional project controls team across Eastern Canada, supports project managers and directors with planning, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change management, and improves portfolio performance through data quality, performance indicators, dashboards, and resource planning. The role requires a university degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated team leadership and talent development experience. It may be based at offices in the Montreal area, including Place Ville Marie, Ville St-Laurent, Brossard, or Laval.
