The role covers project controls, cost and schedule tracking, reporting, budget and funding support, procurement documentation, risk management, project closeout, and client-facing project system setup. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of construction project controls or related experience, scheduling software proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. The position offers a base salary of $106,800 to $142,400.02 per year plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
