Sargent Electric is hiring a Project Controls Analyst for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office, with potential for a hybrid schedule involving periodic local office visits and satellite office trips. The role supports project managers and operations leaders by establishing project baselines, budgets, schedules, and work breakdown structures; maintaining ERP contract and cost data; monitoring cost deviations and risks; coordinating change orders and revenue projections; and supporting forensic analysis, claims, and project closure. Preferred qualifications include construction software experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, project-based experience, construction accounting knowledge, and electrical construction knowledge.
