AECOM is hiring a Project Controls Analyst I in Waterloo, Iowa to support project managers and operations leaders across aviation, transportation, water, bridges and structures, and other complex capital programs. The role covers project setup through closeout, including cost and schedule monitoring, forecasting, earned value, change management, risk analysis, financial reporting, billing, purchase orders, subcontractor commitments, and quality assurance and control. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with two years of relevant experience preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.
