Turner & Townsend is hiring a full-time Graduate Project Controls Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana, for a two-year Graduate Development Program. The role supports major programs and capital projects through preconstruction cost data, budget and schedule management, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, vendor invoice review, accrual reporting, change-order routing, risk registers, and financial closeout. Candidates should have 0–2 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree; construction management, construction science, engineering, project management, or general business degrees are preferred. The base salary is $70,000–$98,000 per year.
