Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 4 years of project controls experience focused on cost control, planning, and schedule control.
7 to 10 years of construction/engineering experience, preferably five (5) of those years dedicated to the water/wastewater sector collaborating with contractors and/or engineering firms in any of the following roles: project control, engineering, project manager, project engineer, or superintendent.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in scheduling application software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong concepts of Earned Value Management (EVM) and ability to assess project performance utilizing earned value concepts and reports with trends, variances, cost to completion, estimated at completion, cost performance index, schedule performance index, and forecasting based on actual project performance and trends.
Demonstrate proficiency with pivot tables and graphic development for data analysis, and presentations skills.
Good command on English both written and spoken.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety and building regulations.
Ability to demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify problems and communicate facts to leadership.
Ability to manage time, tools, and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Ability and willingness to work in collaboration with the team.
