Description
The Project Controls Manager leads project controls activities for complex capital construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk, estimating, reporting, and change management. The role partners with clients, project teams, contractors, and leadership; develops controls processes and governance; mentors project controls personnel; and leads the implementation and optimization of project controls systems and enterprise reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressively responsible project controls experience, and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
