AlfaTech is hiring a full-time Project Controls Manager to provide program-level project controls leadership and financial support to project managers. The role covers project budgets, billing, schedules, cost and schedule reporting, earned value management, resource planning, project profitability, change orders, revenue projections, and financial forecasting. The position may manage project controller direct reports and requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least 10 years of project controls experience, and at least 5 years of program-wide or firm-wide leadership experience. It is a hybrid role with expected office work in San Francisco, California, and a salary range of $135,000 to $165,000.
