Arcadis is hiring a Project Controls Manager for a Data Centre Construction project in the Nordics. The role leads project control systems, including budgets, forecasts, earned value management, risk registers, performance reporting, scope changes, and governance, while coordinating contractors, suppliers, project leadership, and stakeholders. The position requires monthly travel to Finland and a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; project controls experience in construction or infrastructure is required, while APM, PMP, or equivalent certification is desirable.
