Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Project Controls Manager in Cambridge, Ontario, to lead project control functions across its business units. The role oversees budget, baseline, critical-path, cost, schedule, earned-value, and project-performance reporting; establishes controls systems and policies; coordinates project performance communication; and provides training, coaching, and performance management to Project Managers and Project Coordinators. The position requires a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field, at least 10 years of automation-industry experience, and 5+ years of supervisory or managerial responsibility. Compensation is $115,000–$145,000, with health, dental, and vision benefits, RRSP matching, tuition and professional-dues reimbursement, and paid leave.
