Description
The Project Controls Manager will establish and maintain an integrated master schedule across FEED through handover, define project controls standards, consolidate schedule inputs, and lead critical-path analysis, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, recovery planning, risk assessment, change-control validation, and program reporting. The role coordinates with project finance and cost control, challenges contractor reporting, and supports gate readiness for major project milestones. It requires 12–18+ years of project controls or major-project control management experience, strong Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling and reporting skills, and strong English and Chinese communication abilities.
