HDR is hiring a Project Controls Manager for its Resources Business Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role leads and supervises a small team of Project Control Specialists and Schedulers while managing project controls across engineering and construction programs, including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, earned value analysis, reporting, change management, and risk analysis. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of project controls experience on engineering and construction projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Oracle EBS, PMIS/CDE applications, and data visualization tools.
