Description
HDR is hiring a Project Controls Manager for a project-facing delivery role in its Power sector. The position provides technical leadership across schedule, cost, risk, change, document control, PMIS, reporting, and forensic support; develops project controls plans and governance; leads integrated schedule and cost management; supports proposal, startup, transition, change, and recovery activities; coordinates with owners, contractors, and other stakeholders; and mentors project controls personnel. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of project controls experience on engineering and construction projects, and experience with large EPC projects, integrated schedules, cost management, PMIS, and project reporting. Visa sponsorship for United States employment authorization is not available.
