HDR is hiring a Project Controls Manager for its Resources Business Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is a technical lead and supervisory position managing a small team of Project Control Specialists and Schedulers while overseeing project controls for engineering and construction programs. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, cost and financial reporting, change and records management, earned value analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, risk analysis, project controls procedures, and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of project controls experience on engineering and construction projects, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Oracle EBS, PMIS/CDE applications, and data visualization tools.
