Hill International is hiring an experienced Project Controls Manager to support major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain. The role establishes and manages project controls systems, leads programme, cost, risk, change and performance monitoring, develops schedules and reports, reviews contractor progress and recovery plans, supports evidence-based decision-making, and coordinates controls information across technical, commercial, contractual and delivery teams. Candidates need a degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a similar field, at least 10 years of experience in project controls, planning, cost management or project management, strong major-infrastructure experience, advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and fluency in Spanish and English.
