Paslay Group is hiring Project Controls Managers for its Executive Program Management team supporting airport development projects at medium and large hub airports. The role directs project controls support across airport development, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, change management, reporting, document control, and process improvement. The position requires extensive project controls and aviation experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise with Primavera P6 and large-scale capital projects.
