Description
Techno is hiring an experienced Project Controls Manager to support a major transportation infrastructure program in New Jersey. The role leads project controls activities from planning through construction delivery, oversees PMIS and project controls workflows, coordinates with project managers, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and clients, monitors budget and schedule performance, develops executive reports and dashboards, and supports program controls strategy and junior staff. The position requires 10+ years of project controls, PMIS administration, program controls, or construction controls management experience, familiarity with platforms such as Primavera P6, e-Builder, Procore, Oracle, Unifier, or Power BI, and strong scheduling, cost, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills. The expected New Jersey salary is $70–$100 per hour, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and bonus benefits.
