The role leads cost control, forecasting, earned value tracking, scheduling, project performance reporting, billing, contract compliance, change orders, cash flow monitoring, and risk mitigation across construction projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in project controls, project management, or scheduling, with mission-critical construction experience preferred.
