Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead or support integrated project scheduling across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. The role covers schedule development, controls, risk analysis, resource and cost-loaded schedules, earned value and S-curve analysis, third-party schedule validation, executive dashboards, and project management tool development. Candidates need a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, five years of large-scale capital project experience, and advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project skills.
