Description
The Project Controls Manager will lead project controls functions for capital, sustaining, and infrastructure projects at the Jerritt Canyon mining operation in Elko, Nevada. The role oversees project planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, reporting, risk management, change control, earned value analysis, and performance dashboards, while partnering with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, and operations teams. The position also leads project controls personnel and consultants, supports contract administration and commercial evaluations, and drives continuous improvement and safety compliance. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, project management, or capital project execution in mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure environments are required.
