Wood is hiring a Project Controls Manager for its Minerals & Metals business unit in Chile. The role leads the project controls function on a major engineering project, integrating planning, scheduling, cost control, change management, risk, productivity, and reporting; establishing baselines and controls; monitoring performance; preparing executive reports; supporting project leadership decisions; and leading multidisciplinary project controls teams. The position requires a professional degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, more than 15 years of capital project management and controls experience, at least 10 years in project controls leadership, and extensive experience in engineering and mining projects, with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and reporting tools.
