Description
WSP is hiring a Project Controls Manager to oversee and direct program controls for large transportation programs. The role coordinates cost engineering, estimating, cost analysis, risk management, document control, data and technology, and planning and scheduling; develops integrated master schedules, risk registers, and spend forecasts; leads cost and schedule risk assessments; interprets cost and schedule trends; supports change-event evaluations; leads monthly program reporting; partners with the technology team on PMIS modules; and serves as a subject matter expert on earned value management and project controls. The position is available in Vancouver, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; or San Francisco, California, and offers a salary of $185,000–$205,000 per year.
