RLB KSA is hiring an experienced, commercially focused Project Controls Manager to support delivery of a major high-end mixed-use development in Riyadh. The role requires at least five years of experience as a Project Controls Manager, prior employment with a tier-1 project management consultancy, tact and diplomacy when dealing with Middle Eastern clients, and participation in business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. The project includes leisure and entertainment, residential, and infrastructure assets under one master plan and operates on a six-day workweek.
