Description
The Project Controls Manager will structure, plan, monitor, and drive challenging civil engineering construction projects in the Osnabrück region. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, developing and improving project controls systems, analyzing KPIs, preparing reports, monitoring costs and schedules, forecasting performance, and identifying risks and opportunities. The role requires an engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering, business engineering, or construction business management, along with civil engineering or pipeline construction experience, analytical and organizational skills, project management tool proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
